It is a requirement from School District #58 to ensure that all chaperons have an up to date criminal record search with the Criminal Records Review Program (CRRP) before being able to volunteer with the school. A criminal record search is valid for 2 years.
- Go online to https://justice.gov.bc.ca/eCRC/
- Use the access code 3F696WFBWZ to complete the online criminal record search
The criminal record results will take approximately 7-10 business days so please ensure you deal with this as soon as possible to ensure we receive your clearance prior to the upcoming event.
If you intend on driving for a school event, then please contact the school to obtain a Drivers Abstract form which will have to be completed prior to the upcoming event. A Drivers Abstract is valid for the current school year.
Please attend to this matter at your earliest convenience so that we can ensure we receive authorization to allow you to volunteer prior to the upcoming trip.
